  • IN PROGRESS: This painting, on one peice of canvas, had to be built in the gallery and painted in the gallery, with the goal of making it as close in scale to the original, Picasso's "Geurnica."

These two pieces were built, painted and installed in Gallery III at San Jose States School of Art and Design in January 2008 at a time when the war in Iraq was still at its worse. They were inspired by viewing internet video of civilians being bombed.
